Conditions of sale

All Quantum Ecoelec products are covered by a full 1 year parts and labour warranty from the date of purchase. This does not cover accidental damage, damage caused by misuse or damage caused by using the product other than for their intended purpose.

This product must be operated in accordance with the instructions supplied with the appliance.

The guarantee will be rendered invalid if the product is damaged during repair by any party other than Quantum Ecoelec service personnel or is resold.

Quantum Ecoelec & UK Direct Electrics disclaim any liability for incidental or consequential damages.

If you experience any problems with your product, you must first telephone our customer helpline on 05602-045420 quoting the model number & serial number of your product. If we are unable to recify your problem by phone we will issue you with a RAN (Returns Authorisation Number). We cannot accept delivery of any products without a valid RAN authorisation.

If we are unable to repair your product we will replace it with an identicle product or one of a higher specification.

The guarantee is in addition to and does not diminish your statutory rights or legal rights.
